I bought some aligners from Diamond White. I've had to return for two scans since my teeth still weren't moving as they should. After my last set of aligners, I let them know the same problem persisted and was told to send in some photos. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized, which delayed me sending those pics. Now, I've been informed that because I didn't send the images in time, I have to fork out £500 for a new scan! I've already spent £1300 on aligners that haven't straightened my teeth, and now they want another £500 for a new scan when the same issue has been ongoing for two scans! Just ridiculous!!

I'm super happy with how things are going! I'm down to the final two stages of my aligners. Gemma, the dental nurse, was quick to respond to all my messages and was super helpful when I had questions about my aligners. I definitely recommend this!

I kicked off my experience with DW feeling pretty good, thinking they were better than the rest. But after a few weeks, trying to get in touch with them turned into a hassle. My trays just didn’t fit right, and I kept getting mixed messages—'trim a bit here, shave a bit there'—which felt off. As time passed, it became clear that the trays weren’t working, so I raised my concerns. They offered me a scan (which I had to pay for) and sent me some new trays to wrap things up. It was only then that I found out two of my pre-molars were never going to shift, meaning they wouldn’t be straight! Now, over a year later, I’m still stuck with my last set since my retainers don’t fit. When I reached out for help, I got brushed off again, so I’ve just thrown in the towel! My teeth aren’t perfectly straight yet; they’re an improvement, but not the dazzling smile I was led to expect. I’d seriously think about exploring other options and make sure you know what the final outcome will be, 'cause mine definitely doesn’t match the pretty pictures on their site.

I've tried a bunch of teeth whitening programs, and I gotta say, this is the only one that really delivered visible results! I'm definitely gonna keep using it! I highly suggest giving it a shot! It's quick, simple, and works like a charm—totally worth every cent! Thanks a ton!!
